Q. Do Flamingos or Penguins stand for anything specific?

A. To the best of our knowledge lawn decorating doesn't represent anything in particular except to have fun and to give a unique and memorable gift to someone you care about.

Q. When we say that pick up is at 9:30 does that mean 9:30 exactly?

A. No when we give a pick up time that simply means that, that's when we start picking up the signs; we can't possibly pick up all the displays all at the same time

Q. Am I Responsible if anything goes missing?

A. We assess each situation as it arises. Our lawn ornaments cost us a bundle, they are the tools of our trade and its hard to do our job with out our tools. Yes we know the lawn ornaments are cute and NO you can not keep 1 or 2 as souvenirs!. You are only renting the lawn ornaments. Remember, the chances of someone boldly walking off the street on to your lawn (which is private property) are rare. After all, we wouldn't still be in business after 12 years if our lawn ornaments went missing on a regular basis.

Q. Do we get to keep the bundle or bottle on the birth announcement?

A. At the end of the rental period we will leave the birth announcement by your front door for you to keep as we do not recycle them. However, in the event that it gets broken we will not replace it. Keep in mind these are outdoor signs exposed to elements like strong winds. If it is very windy, you may take down the bundle on the beak of the stork. It's easy to do as it’s only held on with a nut and bolt. Just put it back up when the winds calm down.

Q. How long to the balloons last? Do they get replaced if they pop or
blow away?

A. Presently, you are not being charged for the balloons that go with the display package, they are a BONUS. Our balloons are made of bio-degradable, environmentally friendly, 100% latex. We use only the best products available to us today. The balloons are coated with a protective gel and filled with high grade helium in an on going effort to help keep them up longer. However, being exposed to the outdoor elements, they may not last as long as they would indoors. The sun, wind and rain play a big part in this. Occasionally the balloons may pop, break, or float away. Sorry, they will not be replaced.

Q. Are we guaranteed the sign that we ordered?

A. Over 99% of the time you will receive the display that you have ordered.  However, occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to substitute lawn signs / ornaments without notice.

Q. Should we take in lawn signs for safe keeping?

A. Unless previously arranged please do not take in lawn displays as the driver may need them to display elsewhere the following day.  If you've moved the display please advise the office.

Q. Will they know who's sending the greeting?

A. Only if you let us know that you would like a computerized greeting card included.

Q. Can I decide where on my lawn a display will go?

A. Lawn signs are generally set up and displayed at the drivers discretion, as he knows best where it will be most visible and safe.  Once a display is set up it will not be moved "a little over this way or that way" as our drivers must move quickly to meet all their deadlines.  If you want the display set up in a specific way please call and fax in a sketch beforehand.

Q. Will you be discreet, very discreet?

A. Yes, absolutely, upon your request!
